1. What is the NetMinistry Website Platform?
The NetMinistry Website Platform is a website and web-based software platform created for churches, ministries, and Christian businesses. It allows
organizations, designer, and developers to take advantage of thousands of dollars worth of features and options for a fraction of that cost.
This allows you to focus your budget on more custom development rather than their basic website technology.
2. Why do you call it a "platform"?
NetMinistry allows designers and developers to create websites using its built-in technology. Websites are built and hosting on NetMinistry

since all the programming and database systems are installed in our data center.

5. What type of server facilities do you have?
NetMinistry sites are hosted in a shared Windows-based environment on servers that have been custom built and configured for security,
reliability, and speed. These dual-processor machines have been upgraded as much as possible, complete with RAID-5 data drives, backup power
supplies, mirrored main drives, and 3+ GHz of processor power. These servers are part of a server farm in a Tier 1 collocation facility with
OC48 and OC192 fiber connectivity. Everything is secured, monitored, and kept current.
6. What type of technology does your platform utilize?
The NetMinistry Website Platform utilizes Windows-based technology such as Active Server Pages, SQL Server, Active X components, and Internet
Explorer-based technologies for its Control Panel. The websites are cross-browser compatible and viewable on any standard operating system.
7. Can I create new modules and applications that plug into NetMinistry?
YES! Our development team works closely with 3rd party developers to implement XML-based web services and syndication systems to enable you to
extend our platform into your own desktop or web-based solutions. We also supply you with HTML template code, graphics, and cascading style sheets
for each project you do with us.
8. Do you support audio and video streaming?
YES! We provide a collection of streaming services. We also provide a special service for sermon streaming, custom computers packed with streaming
hardware and software, and multimedia support.
