Jose is the creator of the NetMinistry® Website Platform. Since 2001, he has been developing online solutions for churches, ministries, and Christian business all over the world. His experience in the industry spans across several decades, touching on internet marketing, web development, marketing and public relations, IT, advertising, and customer service. He is the former Internet Director for The Christian Network, and the original developer of ChristianJobs.Com. Jose is known for his ability to combine technology with tangible business strategies to help organizations accomplish their mission. His rare ability to understand the dynamics of merging technology, marketing, and operations has made him a highly sought after resource within both the Christian and secular business community.
Mayra is our hardworking project liaison, communicating with our clients throughout their active projects. Her background includes modeling and acting, pastoring, serving on several non-profit boards, heading her own program for young girls called TruModel, and even eight years of military experience. Mayra’s focus is to help you through the various steps of your projects with excellence, enthusiasm, and precision. As a co-owner of NetMinistry®, she sees the importance of maintaining happy clients and doing everything as if it is for God Himself. Mayra is all personality and our clients love it!
Eric has been here almost since the beginning of NetMinistry®, coming on board in 2004 as a content layout specialist and growing into a graphic design and project manager. In 2008, Eric took time off to work at another prominent Tampa-based marketing company, where he managed projects for large brands such as Walmart, Revlon, Procter and Gamble, and many others. In 2011, we were blessed to have Eric back to manage our production department’s day-to-day operations. Eric is an expert in almost every facet of our business, and focuses on maintaining strict production timelines and a forward moving staff. His experience in everything from customer support to web coding gives him the ability to talk the language of geeks as well that of people.
Chez is our creative genius, producing hundreds of website designs every year. As former Lead Web Graphic Design for the DuPont Registry, he has the experience and the creativity to translate your ideas into a working website design. He is an award-winning graphic designer, graduate of the International Academy of Design and Technology, and an online instructor. Chez always strives to understand the essence of what our clients need and want out of their website designs. He is known for his passion about accomplishing the client’s objectives and exceeding their expectations. He lives, eats, and breathes design. Chez has been regarded within NetMinistry® as one of the most talented web designers that we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Marina is our resident sweetheart. She administrates the day to day affairs of NetMinistry® and handles our billing and collections with the heart and attitude that serves as a true example to all of us. Her educational background includes bookkeeping and accounting, but she is too much of a people person to be a CPA! Her heart for the mission of our client base is evident by her cheerful demeanor, as she has been known to take the time to even pray for our clients on the phone. Her focus is to help our clients stay happy and to help them understand the products and services that we are delivering to them. Marina has been with NetMinistry® since 2005, and is as loyal a team member as you will ever find.
Stacey is our spunky on-staff website coach and strategist, helping churches, ministries, and Christian businesses identify the NetMinistry® products and services that best meet their present and future needs. Her background in medical technology sales helped her to easily transition into effectively communicating about complex technological solutions to an audience that doesn’t always care how it’s done – just that it IS done. Stacey’s takes the time to understand your organization’s needs and find the right solution, even if it’s not within our platform. Her training with Jose has equipped her to understand the dynamics of modern ministry and how NetMinistry® best solves the challenges. Andre is responsible for the IT infrastructure of our main network and those of our MinistryIT clients. His over 21 years of service in the U.S. Army and large-scale civilian networks provides NetMinistry® with an edge when it comes to maintaining a reliable, secure network. His work with the intelligence community allows him to assess and anticipate technological risks and implement appropriate countermeasures when necessary. His experience mentoring and preparing individuals to assume leadership and/or combat positions with a focus on upcoming mission readiness provides just the right level of focus and perspective to ensure that NetMinistry® provides the highest degree of security, performance, and excellence. Above all this, Andre loves God and His people.
Erik is the heartbeat of our technical support and client experience department. He serves as the front man for all of our help requests and helps to maintain our online documentation. His goal is to deliver excellent service that helps our clients move forward faster. You can expect instant answers from Erik. When the questions are complex, know that he will chase the answers down until he finds what you need. Our clients love him and so does the NetMinistry® staff.
