Customer Support :: Support Policies

NetMinistry strives to provide the best possible customer support. Our team works passionately around the clock to insure that you are happy with your service. The following policies are effective in order to insure that everyone receives the attention they deserve in direct proportion to the resources that we offer.

E-mail Support

Every NetMinistry member receives unlimited access to our support team via the NetMinistry Messaging System. This is the fastest and easiest way to receive help with your account, technical issues, and assistance with your website content. We encourage all NetMinistry members to fully utilize our messaging system. We work to respond to requests within twelve (12) hours, although most are answered within minutes. Our support department is open 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday.

Phone Support

Telephone support is provided by our production coordinators during the development of your website. Once your website is complete, we offer telephone support for technical problems and general questions not addressed in our documentation. Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST on a per incident basis at a rate of $14.95 per incident. Each call is limited to the sooner of two (2) seperate issues or thirty (30) minutes. Our phone support team reserves the right to redirect any member to our online documentation if the information is covered by our documentation. For general use calls demanding more than thirty (30) minutes of time, members must schedule a paid training session.

Training & Consultations

NetMinistry is pleased to offer live telephone training sessions in increments of thirty (30) minutes. These training sessions are available at a rate of $35 per half hour. During these training sessions, you may ask any technical, strategic, or general questions you wish. Any overages in time are billed at the full half-hour rate.

Emergency Support

If your website in inaccessible at any time, and the downtime is not due to nonpayment or cancellation, you may request emergency support by e-mailing emergency@netministry.com any time 24x7. One of our support specialists will respond within 1 hour of your request to help you.
