answer you are looking for, you can submit your question through the Help Desk and have the answer added for other members to benefit from.

The NetMinistry support team is available to answer questions that are not clearly answered in our online documentation Monday through Saturday.
E-mail us your questions and comments through our NetMinistry Messaging System for an answer within 12 hours.
24x7 Emergency Response
Our team takes outages and site downtime seriously. If your website or e-mail service is down, you can access our emergency response team by email
for a guaranteed 1 hour response time. Most of the time, you will find that we are already aware and working on the solution to your issue.
Per-Incident Telephone Support during Business Hours
If you get stuck during the work day, our support staff is ready and willing to help you through any question that you may have. Call for
help about configuation settings, web design and layout, e-commerce, and much more! The cost for Per Incident Support is $14.95 per incident.
Training Sessions Available
If your issue extends beyond a simple question and requires our support staff to train you in the use of our systems, we offer telephone training
for $35 per 30 minute session. That's live website training for anyone in your staff for only $70 per hour!
